Description
On the former railway site at Bayerischer Bahnhof, the urban quarter AM NEUEN PARK was created with new living and open spaces. A varied building structure and clear forms shape its distinctive character. The high-quality new building ensemble offers a versatile range of apartments with various floor plans. Whether as a retreat, main living space, or room for shared time, here living can be designed according to your own needs.
This approximately 58 m² 2-room apartment in the attic combines an open living and kitchen area with a separate bedroom. A fitted kitchen is already installed. A special highlight is the spacious roof terrace facing west, a nice place to end the day outdoors. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a washing machine connection, and a towel radiator. A storage room complements the space.
Real wood parquet and modern tiles give the apartments a contemporary foundation. The underfloor heating can be regulated room by room for warmth. The high-quality sanitary fittings come from well-known manufacturers. A video intercom system and elevator complete the living comfort. Practical amenities are also available outside the apartment: communal areas with seating and play opportunities as well as bicycle parking spaces.
The underground garage offers an e-mobility option. A parking space can be rented if needed for 100,- € monthly and subject to availability. Heating is supplied via district heating. The building meets the KfW-55 minimum standard.

How we arrange this apartment for you
We are a letting agency, and this is an apartment we can secure for you. One message is enough to start. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
An adviser approaches the owner or the managing agent on your behalf, arranges and attends the viewing, and negotiates the terms. We then prepare the tenancy agreement, check it line by line and explain it to you in your own language.
We also assemble the documents a German landlord expects before an apartment is held for anyone: proof of income, Schufa report, confirmation of no rent arrears, tenant self-disclosure, the deposit. You do not deal with any of it alone.
We stay with it until the contract is signed and the keys are in your hand.
Location
The map shows where this apartment is. Where the exact house number has not been published we show the centre of the postcode instead, and say so.
