First of all: Only new flatmates aged 25 and over are being sought.
The house has just been moved into and the shared apartment is brand new. So there are no established routines yet, and that is exactly the opportunity: We shape the shared apartment life together from the very beginning.
It should not become a purely functional shared apartment. Shared apartment evenings are always welcome, but everyone also lives their own life and has their own space.
Your flatmates: One is 24 and is currently doing her Master's in Chemistry. The other is 28, has completed a Master of Laws and then decided to reorient herself as a pediatric nurse. Both enjoy making music and painting.
If you are open-minded and respectful and want to build a shared apartment together where you feel at home, you fit well with us.

You live in a complete terraced house, and everything may be used by everyone: game cellar with bar, hobby room in the cellar, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, new kitchen, large garden with garden house and terrace as well as a garage.
The house is located in a quiet residential area. The bus stop is only 2 minutes on foot away. Rewe, dm and other shopping facilities are also nearby.
