In a beautiful old building, our ground floor apartment is newly rented as a student shared apartment. The apartment was modernized and renovated in 2026. It features 4 bright rooms, a cozy kitchen with a balcony for social gatherings, and a perfect location for students. Brand new refrigerator and washing machine available.

The rooms are rented on a flat-rate basis under individual room rental contracts - thus as an all-inclusive rent (furnishing, additional costs, electricity, water, heating, internet, GEZ).

Currently, the following room sizes (floor area) are available with corresponding flat rents (including the above-mentioned additional costs) as follows:

Location
The apartment is located at Luisenstraße 85 in Karlsruhe Südstadt. The lively district combines urban living with a diverse gastronomic and cultural offering.
