The courtyard also offers the possibility to securely park bicycles and other bulky items.

The price for the individual rooms varies between 350€ and 650€ cold rent per month and will be provided upon request.

There is a fitted kitchen already equipped for daily use: including stove, oven, and sink. The spacious bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.
