Recreational opportunities are available directly on site, as the neighborhood borders a golf course with a large green area as well as the Massenheimer Kiesgruben nature reserve. In the lovingly landscaped courtyards, play areas for children and benches for adults are being created, perfect for relaxing.

The small town of Delkenheim is located in the east of Wiesbaden, on the border with the Main-Taunus district. Good transport connections are ensured by the nearby A 66 and A 3 motorways as well as a bus stop directly in the neighborhood.
