Nice Room in Shared Apartment in Brühler Vorstadt

Room
I am renting a nice, spacious room in a shared apartment with a great view over Brühlervorstadt. The room is in very good condition, freshly painted and clean, ideal for moving in immediately.

Location
The shared apartment is located in Brühlervorstadt and has excellent public transport connections. The tram stop is only a 2-minute walk away and is served by lines 2 and 4. This allows you to reach Anger in about 7 minutes and Domplatz in around 5 minutes. The university is also accessible by tram or bicycle in less than 15 minutes.

The city center is also conveniently reachable on foot. For daily shopping, a Tegut supermarket is only about 3 minutes away on foot. If you like spending time in green spaces, the beautiful Brühler Garten can be reached in just 4 minutes.

Shared Apartment Life
Currently, one roommate already lives in the apartment. She works a lot and is often away, so the apartment is usually quiet.

The second free room is currently being rented out, but I do not know the new tenant.

The shared apartment is already well equipped. A washing machine as well as the most important kitchen utensils and other everyday items are already available, so moving in is uncomplicated.

Other
There is already a wardrobe in the room, which will be included.

I have also privately purchased a small refrigerator, which I would like to sell to you since otherwise you would not have one in the shared apartment.

The washing machine works perfectly. Since the three of us bought it together, I would ask for a compensation payment. In total, this amounts to 220€.
