Nice shared flat room in Mauritz-Mitte from 01.11.🌟

Room
🏡 The room and the apartment

The available room is about 13 m2 and offers plenty of daylight through a large window. It is perfect for creating a cozy retreat for studying, relaxing, and feeling comfortable.

Next to your room, there is a relatively large kitchen with enough space to cook together, sit comfortably, or just chat. The apartment also includes a cellar compartment with additional storage space and a washing machine.

📍 Location

The apartment is located in Mauritz Mitte in a pleasantly quiet residential area. Shops and bus stops can be reached in about three to five minutes on foot, so you can get to the city center quickly and easily. Nearby, the bus lines 2, 10, R11, R13, or N83 depart. The shopping options are also very diverse. There is a Rewe, as well as a Netto and Rossmann within 5 minutes walking distance.

The canal is also very close and ideal for walks, jogging, or simply relaxing. By bike, it takes about 15 minutes to the castle. If you are traveling by car, you will find sufficient parking spaces in the surrounding streets.

🌟 The shared flat life

We are Jule and Lena, both 21 years old, and have been living together in this shared flat for three years. We study primary school teaching and biosciences in Münster.

In our free time, we like to do different activities: Lena enjoys jogging, walking, or spending time with her horse, which is also in Münster. Jule likes watching movies and series or going to the gym.

We are both open and friendly people and wish for a shared flat where not only the kitchen and bathroom are shared but also time is gladly spent together. Whether chatting, watching a movie, or spontaneously doing something, we look forward to developing a nice community. Of course, everyone also has their own daily routine and retreat space.

So if you want a relaxed shared flat with a nice location and friendly coexistence, we look forward to hearing from you! 😊
