The Location:

The district Erlenstegen is called the greenest quarter of Nürnberg. Those who live here hardly notice that Nürnberg is the second largest city in Bavaria.

Very good transport connections:

- Bus stop (lines 46 and 49) 270m / 4min on foot
- Subway stations Herrnhütte (U2) and Nordostbahnhof (U2 and U3) are about 1.3km away.
- Motorway access A3 is 2 km as the crow flies, the airport 3.5km away.
- 1.5 km each to the Erlenstegener Forest or to the Wöhrder See.

The Apartment:

The residential complex was built in 1987 and is quietly located at the end of a dead-end street. The bright apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator), the loggia faces south.

The apartment includes a spacious living area of approx. 33.20m², a kitchen with a large window of approx. 7m², an interior bathroom with bathtub, 2 washbasins and washing machine space, a separate WC with hand washbasin, a storage room and a spacious hallway with an adjoining corridor to the bathroom and WC.

The access to the house is not barrier-free.
