Old building apartment with 3 rooms after comprehensive renovation

The apartment is located on the ground floor and features:
- a living room, a bedroom, a children's room
- a kitchen WITHOUT fitted kitchen
- a daylight bathroom with shower tub and washbasin
- separate WC
- no balcony
- multimedia socket(s) from Vodafone
Heating is provided by infrared heaters.

The apartment will be renovated before moving in.
The following work will be carried out:

- Renewal of electrical system including FI-LI circuit breaker
- Wallpapering and painting of ceilings and walls in white
- Painting of doors and door frames in white
- Painting of window interiors in white
- Installation of infrared heaters and a towel radiator
- Renovation of the bathroom / separate toilet with new sanitary facilities including white wall tiles and dark anthracite floor tiles
- Tiling of kitchen floor and backsplash also in white / anthracite
- Installation of a design floor covering in oak wood look (DESIGNline Terra Wood) in all living rooms

The apartment is located in the Esslingen city centre area. The pedestrian zone Küferstraße is reachable within a few minutes on foot.

We are a cooperative. Membership is a prerequisite for renting an apartment. If you are not yet a member, you must acquire membership by joining at the latest before concluding a rental agreement and subscribe to additional cooperative shares depending on the apartment size, which must be paid up by the time of moving in. Membership admission usually takes place in connection with the allocation of the apartment.

We cooperate with the German Tenants' Association: Every new tenant receives a value voucher from the cooperative, which can be redeemed at the German Tenants' Association Esslingen-Göppingen e. V. With the voucher, the membership fee is halved in the first year, and the admission fee of 15.00 EUR at the DMB is waived.

In the interest of a long-term tenancy, ordinary termination is excluded for a period of two years.
