The apartment consists of a large living room, a small bedroom, a kitchen with fitted kitchen, a hallway and a bathroom. Cozy sloping ceilings and a wide view make the apartment special.

A cellar compartment as well as a communal laundry room are also available.

Furniture takeover:
Some furniture is to be taken over for a deduction (sofa, coffee table, black sideboard, black shelves, desk chair, simple black desk, mirror, dishwasher, washing machine [top loader], mirrored cabinet, bathroom base cabinet, two small hanging shelves in the bathroom, three pairs of curtains, ceiling lamp in the living room, kitchen lamp and towel holder).

The deduction for the entire package is 800 € negotiable.

The apartment is located in a quiet district with good connections. The harbor and the city center are each about a 7-minute walk away. A Netto is 3 minutes on foot, Lidl and Edeka can be reached in about 7 minutes on foot. The tram stop Neuer Markt is also nearby. Parking is possible on the street with a resident parking permit.
