The house and the shared flat:
We live together as three and are in our early to late 20s. We are a mix of trainees and working professionals and all have our own daily routines.
Our shared flat is very casual and without obligations. We are all very busy but always happy when we see each other, cook together, chat, or spontaneously do something together.
Equally important is that everyone can also have their peace and simply retreat if they want to. There is no pressure to constantly do things together.
What is especially important to us is honest and open communication. We can talk about everything without it having to be uncomfortable and find exactly this mix of community and personal space very nice.
You have your own realm and yet you are part of a small relaxed shared flat.
The kitchen is fully equipped and of course can be used together. There are two bathrooms in total. One of them you only have to share with one person, while the third person has their own floor and thus their own bathroom.
The location:
The bus stop is right in front of the door (about 50m), the next tram stop about 1 km away. The connection is therefore great and you can get from A to B even without a car.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a female flatmate who is reliable, uncomplicated, and open and interested in relaxed living together. And above all, it is important that it fits on a human level.
