We look forward to offering you a place of peace and relaxation in our freshly and completely renovated, fully furnished apartment, ideal for business commuters, project workers, transitional solutions, or longer breaks.

Whether you want to unwind after a long workday, need a relaxed base for your stay, or are arriving with your dog: on a well-thought-out **25 m² over two levels (maisonette/loft style)**, a perfect retreat awaits you.

**Arrival & Sleeping (1st floor):**
Via the stairs, you reach the open gallery bedroom with a comfortable 1.60 m double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, luggage bench, and coat rack. The open floor plan without a room door gives the space an airy loft feeling.

**Living & Dining Area (ground floor):**
The pull-out sofa bed (1.40 m) offers flexibility for visitors. At the foldable dining table with 4 chairs, you can comfortably eat, relax, or work from home. A wall shelf including a TV complements the room.

**Cooking & Enjoying (ground floor):**
Modern kitchenette, fully equipped with refrigerator including freezer compartment, induction stove, oven, and dishwasher. A Nespresso machine as well as cooking and dining utensils complete the kitchen.

**Bathroom (ground floor):**
Separate, newly renovated daylight bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a bathroom cabinet and shelf.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area directly on the edge of the fields. Free parking spaces are available directly on the street. A public e-charging station is only about 50 m away. The bus stop can be reached in 2 minutes and tram line 7 in about 12 minutes.
