Looking for a new tenant for an apartment in Gievenbeck
We are looking for a new tenant for an apartment on Gerscherweg, Münster-Gievenbeck. We plan to move out at the end of September. The apartment will therefore likely be available from the beginning of October. An earlier or later move-in is also possible by arrangement. The minimum rental period is two years.
The 2-room apartment with 60 m² of living space is located on the ground floor and features:
* a large bedroom
* a large, bright living room
* a kitchen (see below)
* a bathroom with shower, toilet, and space for a washing machine
* two loggias
* a storage compartment in the basement
* an outdoor parking space for one car (included in the cold rent)
* a shared bicycle cellar
Electricity and internet supply must be arranged by the new tenant directly with the respective providers.
The new tenant is expected to take over the modern fitted kitchen [sink, stove (ceramic hob), oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, recirculation extractor hood, and cabinets]. Details and the price can be discussed privately.
The apartment is ideal for couples, small families, or working professionals. Due to the layout, it is not very suitable as a shared flat.
