The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a multi-family house on Falkenstraße in Bremen. Although very central and in close proximity to the train station, Falkenstraße is a rather quiet street with little to no noise.

Furnishing:
The 58m2 apartment was completely renovated in 2018. The bathroom was modernized and the apartment received new flooring. The kitchen was also renewed, with a new refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher.
Furthermore, the apartment consists of a living room and a bedroom with a large queen size bed (160cm x 200cm). There are two bedside tables with reading lamps and a large "Rauch" wardrobe with light sensors and hangers.
In the living room, there is a new, stylish BoConcept sofa, purchased in February 2021. One person can sleep on it. The ottoman in front can be unfolded into a single bed (see pictures). Thus, the living room offers space for two additional guests to sleep. Additionally, there is a 58-inch smart TV with a free Netflix subscription and DVD player, and a great dining table with four comfortable chairs in the living room. From there, you can also access the balcony overlooking the backyard, which is furnished with garden furniture.
Sufficient privacy is guaranteed as the two rooms have their own doors and the entrance hall is located between the bedroom and living room.
All furniture was purchased between 2020 and 2021 and is therefore relatively new.
The bathroom is a clean and modern "full bathroom" with toilet, bathtub, towels, shampoo, soap, hairdryer, and shower.

Offer:
The price includes accommodation, parking space, electricity, city cleaning, GEZ, heating, water, internet, and maintenance fees. 300 euros of this all-inclusive rent is a flat rate for additional costs (150 euros) and for electricity, water, and heating (150 euros). These will be calculated at the end of the year based on consumption.
