The apartment is located in a very quiet, green and neighbourly residential street and overlooks the cobblestone street on the Kreuzkirchhof, and the courtyard into a tree-lined, communally usable inner courtyard with a residents' playground.

It is directly reachable on foot from the station (800m) and is always only 2 old town streets away from the bike routes to the Maschsee or to the Georgengarten / University.

There is the complete infrastructure of the city centre including street cafés, riverbank and surf wave, but with the benefit of a completely quiet residential environment (Note: church bell!), nice neighbours and views over the rooftops.
