The apartment is located in Faistenhaar, a quiet district of the municipality of Brunnthal, about 10 minutes from Sauerlach. Nestled in a natural environment and surrounded by the extensive Hofoldinger Forest, Faistenhaar offers a good quality of life with a rural flair and at the same time very good connections to urban life.
Faistenhaar is excellently connected to the transport network. The motorway connections to the A8 (Munich-Salzburg) and the A99 (Munich eastern bypass) can be reached within a few minutes by car and allow quick connections in all directions, whether to Munich city center, the airport, or the Bavarian foothills.
Faistenhaar is also easily accessible by public transport. A local bus line regularly connects the town with the nearest S-Bahn stations in Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn (S7) and Sauerlach (S3). From there you can reach Munich city center comfortably and directly in about 25 minutes. The bus connections are regular during the day and reliably connect Faistenhaar to the MVV (Munich Transport and Tariff Association) network.
The local infrastructure meets all daily life requirements: In nearby Brunnthal and Höhenkirchen there are supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, kindergartens, schools, as well as dining options.
