The Rooftop Flat with private roof garden was designed by the designers Melissa Antonius and Lena Schimmelbusch as "City Hayloft." Their concept is inspired by the red and rust tones of the surrounding roofs as well as the copper-colored facade elements of Van B.
The combination of custom-made furniture by Julien Budnik (Handwerk Designs from Berlin) with fabrics from the renowned Spanish manufacturer Gaston y Daniela creates an exceptionally pleasant atmosphere. Furniture with sculptural shapes, different surfaces and textures visually divide space and area and at the same time use it optimally. Wall colors by Farrow & Ball create the illusion that walls are closer or further away. "City Hayloft", an international, contemporary cool and urban concept, with the best qualities and high functionalities.
