Here is a tiny but really exceptionally stylishly designed apartment in a renovated old building that is under monument protection. It is bright and friendly and located on the 3rd floor, so the stairs are still easy to manage. It consists of 2 small rooms, hallway, bathroom with tub, washbasin, wall-mounted toilet in blue ceramic; and a small kitchenette with built-in sink with base cabinet, as well as a refrigerator.

The built-in ceramic hob has only two plates and is not particularly large, but still completely sufficient even for an enthusiastic hobby cook, unless one cannot do without an oven. The real highlight of the small apartment, however, is the solid wood breakfast bar with corresponding bar stools, although with the "disadvantage" that guests tend to stay much longer than planned....!

The laminate floor in both rooms not only looks good but is also easy to clean. The washing machine, for which unfortunately there was no space left, has its place in the laundry cellar.

Instead of a central heating system with a preset temperature for all residents of the house, the existing gas floor heating offers absolute freedom to adjust the apartment temperature at any time of day or night according to personal wishes. Consumption is billed directly by the municipal utilities, eliminating all costs for the otherwise necessary heating cost recording by a heat metering service.

A large, essentially natural garden is available for communal use, ideal for barbecues and celebrations, or simply for evening social gatherings.

A connection to the satellite system with hundreds of programs for only €3.95 per month, without any contractual obligation, is also possible.

The apartment is suitable only for one person, very good for example for young people who may just be starting their studies and do not yet have a large household. However, we want to rent the apartment for at least one year.

The very nice house community consists of younger people who have mostly already completed their studies.

The apartment is extremely quiet but very central, nearby are stops, very good shopping facilities, hairdresser, etc.

Parking options are also very good; usually, you can find a parking space in front of the house. Bicycles can be conveniently parked next to the house in the bike rack.
