Renovated, furnished one-room apartment

Apartment
Flat

One-room studio 26sqm

With furniture

Kitchen, two refrigerators, bathroom, a large bed (enough for 2 people) with an extra mattress, a microwave, a table and a chair, printer, in winter with underfloor heating, in summer with * air conditioning *!

Kitchen appliances all with utensils. Enough space to store everything (I have not removed my things in the picture, but most of them will be gone, including pictures on the wall)

And a Christmas tree

There is a small gym under the building that you can use for free. Wifi, water and electricity (underfloor heating) are included. Washing machines and dryers can be used in the lobby of the building, which you have to pay for each use.

Private kitchen, private bathroom. Musical instrument practice available 10:00-22:00.

I leave the studio empty for a year, so my furniture still remains in the studio. Not to be given away, but you also do not have to take them with furniture fee. You can only use them during your stay.

I do not take the bed with me, but I take my bed linen, so I need your own bed linen.

Between Gottesauer Platz and Durlach Tor/KIT-campus south. Both about 5 minutes on foot.

Rewe 9 minutes on foot, Turkish supermarket 5 minutes on foot
