In the cellar area there is a large laundry room with private washing machine connections. You are of course allowed to use the shared washing machine and dryer. Besides the private terraces, the shared flat has a large communal terrace with a grill and south-facing orientation. For our guests there is a separate guest WC.

Your room is a total of 21 sqm, has its own terrace and its own bathroom (about 6 sqm) with a walk-in shower and 2 windows. The shutters are electric and there is underfloor heating.

The room also includes a cellar room of about 10 sqm, which belongs only to you.

Location
Rolandsweg (city centre) is about a 10-minute walk from the city centre. The Paderwiesen and Schwimmoper are practically right on the doorstep. In under 10 minutes all daily facilities (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, doctors, etc.) are within walking distance. Free parking spaces are available nearby.

Shared flat life
Since all residents are employed, the shared flat life is rather quiet. In the evenings people occasionally meet in the kitchen for nice conversations etc.

Each flatmate can easily retreat to their room and will not be disturbed in any way.
