The house is quietly situated at the end of a residential street.
In two minutes on foot you reach the riverside promenade with ferry dock. The beautiful riverside promenade stretches from Gehlsdorf to the center of Rostock, is about 4 kilometers long, and invites you to a wonderful walk or a short bike ride. It is five minutes on foot to the bus stop, about ten minutes by car to the center of Rostock. In the town there is a traditional bakery, supermarkets, school, kindergarten, various medical practices, pharmacy, physiotherapy and much more.

The apartment is high-quality equipped with original Portuguese terracotta tiles, laminate and carpet flooring, the window sills are made of Italian marble, the doors are style doors, mostly with glass elements. There is a fireplace in the living room/fireplace room. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub with whirlpool function. There is no fitted kitchen (the current tenant takes it with them).
You have storage options in the cellar belonging to the apartment.
The apartment is rented in its current condition, meaning you can leave the walls/wallpaper as they are or design them entirely to your taste.
Note: The walls/wallpaper shown in the photos partly differ from the photos as they have been renewed in the meantime. The current tenants have many beautiful private family photos on all walls. To protect their privacy, I have refrained from publishing current pictures of the rooms.
