Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Singles, Studenten, neuhergezogene oder auch als Übergangslösung, da die Wohnung vollmöbliert ist.
Sie auch ist voll renoviert, sprich eine neue Küche, neues Bad, Boden, EIN NEUER BALKON, den ich sehr zu schätzen gelernt habe. 😁
Wir haben einen Fahrstuhl auch wenn die Wohnung nur im 3 stock ist, einen grossen Kellerabteil für das Fahrrad und Koffer etc.
Die Wohnung ist 40m2 gross und wurde sehr platzeffizient eingerichtet, eine separate Küche, macht die Wohnung noch viel angenehmer. WLAN ist bei den Nebenkosten mit inbegriffen.

I will have to go abroad for two years and will therefore have to rent out my beautiful one-room flat near the Nauener Platz underground station.
The flat is perfect for singles, students, newcomers or as a temporary solution. Since the flat will be fully furnished, which you can't see in the pictures for the time being, because PRIVATE PHASE
Facts about the flat:
It is fully renovated, i.e. a new kitchen, new bathroom, floor, a NEW BALCONY, which I have come to appreciate very much.
We have a lift even though the flat is only on the 2nd floor, a large cellar compartment for bicycles and suitcases etc.
The flat is 40m2 and has been furnished very space-efficiently, the fact that the kitchen is separate makes the flat even more pleasant.
WIFI IS INCLUDED IN THE BILLS
Die Wohnung wurde erst kürzlich komplett und voll möbliert. Entsprechend muss sich der Nachmieter keine Gedanken darum machen und auch keinerlei Kostenaufwand tragen. WLAN ist auch im Preis inbegriffen.
The Flat has been recently furnished. The tenant doesn't have to worry about buying anything. WIFI is included in the price.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, 2 min Fußweg von der Nauener Platz U-Station, 8 min Fußweg von der Osloer str. U-Station.
Man braucht 30 min zu Fuß zum Mauerpark, 300m zum Kanal/Ufer (Perfekt zum Joggen gehen), 15 min der U in die City und alles andere ist wie immer in Berlin auch nur 30 min der Bahn entfernt.
Umzingelt von Unis, Spätis und bars. Mein Lieblings Cafe `Soul of Coffee` ist 3 min Fußweg und ist super zum remote arbeiten wenn einem mal die Decke auf den Kopf fällt.

The flat is very well located, 2 min walk from Nauener Platz underground station, 8 min walk from Osloer str. U station.
It takes 30 min to walk to Mauerpark for a Sunday stroll, 300m to the canal/riverside (perfect for jogging), 15 min by underground to the city centre and everything else is, as always in Berlin, only 30 min away by train.
Surrounded by universities, Spätis and bars. My favourite cafe `Soul of Coffee` is a 3 min walk and is great for remote working when a change of scenery is needed.
