Die Wohnung befindet sich zur Straße vorne im Hochparterre und liegt auf der Rückseite des Hauses ruhig zum begrünten Innenhof wie im 1. Stock durch die erhöhte Lage.
Die drei Zimmer sind ähnlich groß geschnitten und dadurch flexibel nutzbar - bspw. als Schlaf-, Wohn- und Ankleide-/Arbeitszimmer oder separates Esszimmer etc.
Die Einbauküche ist in der Kaltmiete enthalten.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr schönen, renovierten Zustand mit einigen charmanten Altbau-Details.
Möbelübernahme
Einige Möbel können bzw. sollen bei Interesse in der Wohnung verbleiben.
