Dein neues Zuhause ist eine sehr schöne, lichtdurchflutete Wohnung im ersten Obergeschoss eines Privathauses. Ich selbst wohne im Erdgeschoss und suche eine/n nette/n Mieter/in für die eigenständige Wohnung im 1. OG.
Die Wohnung wurde neu gestaltet und eingerichtet und verfügt über eine neue Küche. Es ist ca. 78 m² groß und kann bei Bedarf teilweise möbliert übernommen werden.
Durch die großen Fenster und den schönen Blick ins Grüne ist die Wohnung besonders hell und großzügig.
Die Wohnung verfügt über:
• eine große Diele
• einen Wohn- und Essbereich mit offener Küche und Theke
• ein Schlafzimmer
• ein vielseitig nutzbares Zimmer (Arbeits-, Hobby-, Wohnzimmer)
• ein Badezimmer
• ein separates WC
Alle Zimmer sind von der Diele aus begehbar.
Da es sich um eine eigenständige Wohnung in meinem Privathaus handelt, suche ich vorzugsweise eine Einzelperson als Mieter/in.
Der Mietvertrag ist zunächst auf 1 Jahr befristet, mit der Möglichkeit einer Verlängerung nach Absprache, auch auf unbestimmte Zeit.
