The apartment was completely renovated in 2021. A new bathroom and guest WC with branded equipment were installed, new floors laid, all walls and doors redone, and the windows on the garden side renewed.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a house with three residential units. Its shared garden is used and (alternately) maintained by the residents of the house.
The apartment includes a parking space in the garage downstairs in the house (this is included in the rent). Important to know: The space is only suitable for a small car and requires very good maneuvering skills when driving in and out. Alternatively, the garage space is great for your cargo bikes, bicycles, strollers, etc.
One month per quarter, the tenants have the task of taking out the trash bins weekly and maintaining the common areas on the ground floor (garden, garage, entrance area). Details gladly provided during the viewing.

The apartment is very quiet yet central in Schwachhausen. In just 5-7 minutes on foot you can reach tram line 6 (6 minutes to the main station, as well as direct connection to the university and the airport) as well as lines 1 and 4 and bus 22.
Within walking distance there are several restaurants, cafes, doctors, bakeries, supermarkets, shops as well as the cinema "Gondel".
You can reach Bürgerpark on foot in 15 minutes. And by bike you are in 15 minutes "out in the green" in Blockland.
We wish for tenants without pets. The apartment is smoke-free.
