The new construction project "Marien Carrée" in the heart of Greven originated from the collaboration between ECO.PLAN GmbH & Co. KG, the St. Martinus parish, and the Caritasverband Emsdetten-Greven e. V..
As part of this collaboration, 24 rooms were built. The rooms are divided into two care residential groups, one located on the 1st floor and the other on the 2nd floor. Each has an area of about 30 m². Each residential group has a separate common room and a communal kitchen. The common room is rented proportionally with the rooms. The proportional area is approximately 13.77 m² per room.
The care residential groups are self-managed. On their behalf, Caritas staff are on site around the clock to provide reliable care and support in daily life.
