Shared Apartment Room in Quiet, Central Location

Your future room is a nice size and offers great potential for a cozy setup. The well-distributed windows bring you plenty of sunshine.

Since the room does not face the street, it is pleasantly quiet. You are on the second floor of our maisonette apartment, connected to the shared living room.

My room is on the lower level along with the kitchen, the roof terrace, and the bathroom. We share all the apartment's rooms, of course excluding our own rooms :)

Our apartment is in a single-family house and our landlady lives directly below us. This allows for quick communication or problem-solving if anything should arise. Overall, it is a pleasant atmosphere and still offers us our own space.

We also have our own cellar room and our washing machine is in a shared area with the landlords, which works very well. If you have a car, that is no problem either, as a parking space for our apartment is available in front of the house.

Location
We are located in a nice quiet, green corner of the Riemeke district in the city center of Paderborn, which allows us to be in the city center and at the main train station in just ten minutes. From the main train station or the Westerntor bus stop (about 5 minutes away), you can easily get around Paderborn by public transport.

Very important are also the supermarkets, which are also reachable within about ten minutes (Kaufland, Rewe, Netto, and Aldi). Due to the proximity to the city center, you can also organize your leisure time very flexibly (shopping, gym, nightlife).

Hi, I am Svea, 24 years old and your future roommate. I study Spanish and English for teaching at the University of Paderborn and have lived in the shared apartment since the beginning of my studies. If I am not at the university, you will most likely find me with friends in a café, doing Pilates, at the gym, or strolling through the city. I also don’t mind shared movie nights, a coffee to chat, or cooking together. I am looking for a roommate with whom I can laugh but who is not only interested in partying.
