Shared Apartment Room Right by the University of Applied Sciences

We are looking for a new roommate for our shared apartment.

Location: The location of the apartment is fantastic. It is about 2 minutes from the Hanseplatz stop. From there you can get to Anger by train in 5 minutes, or you can walk and it will take about 10 minutes. Right around the corner there is a Norma supermarket and also a Döner place if you need something quickly. If you feel like greenery, you are only 2 stops away from the green campus and its beautiful park.

Room: The room faces the street, but since the apartment is on a side street, you will rarely notice this. You also rarely hear anyone from above. The large window makes the room nice and bright and in summer you can enjoy the avenue outside.

Shared Apartment Life: We have always kept shared apartment life very relaxed with the motto "everything can, nothing must." A little chat in the kitchen will certainly happen often :)

You will live together with Raynaldo (27) and me (Timo, 28). Raynaldo is studying architecture in his master's and can cook very well. If it smells good from food, it was probably him. I study psychology in my bachelor's, like classical literature and enjoy listening. We do not have a strict cleaning schedule. Household chores are simply done when they come up, without much fuss or discussion. This has always worked very smoothly in the past.
