Shared Apartment Südstadt/Auepark Seeking Roommates

Hey dear ones,

we are a colorful shared apartment with plenty of space and roommates of different ages, various interests, and a desire for community. The shared apartment spans two floors, a 4-person and a 6-person flatshare, and they belong together :-), we all come from different professions and fields of study and have various but also shared interests, which makes the people and the shared apartment life colorful and interesting.

Whether sitting together for breakfast with or without caraway bread, vegan bowls, spicy noodles, or whatever you like ;-), whether joint movie nights with films, series, documentaries from all areas, cooking/frying/baking together in all forms, colors, and flavors, our Tuesday evening shared apartment dinner or just chatting, drinking tea, board game night. Sometimes going out together to live music, dancing, sports, theater, park, cultural events, etc., or just sitting in the communal living room or one of the kitchens and relaxed reading, enjoying things individually or together with wild and calm Spotify playlists ;-) with us there is everything: active and quiet, space and time for togetherness, but of course also for individuality - there is room, space, and opportunity for everything :-)

About the surroundings:

The Auepark is right behind the house next to the Auestadion (! 2 minutes from the back of the house), which is very pleasant to be so quickly in nature (can be used as a garden in summer :-), also the Auestadion, the ice rink, and the sports halls for university sports, as well as the university gym, are only 2-3 minutes away. A few minutes through the park is the Auedamm with the Fulda river (where you can swim, row, kayak, etc., or go to the Auebad) and behind it the Buga lake area. So you are super fast at the water and in nature.

Correspondingly, the bike rental station is just a handful of houses away, with a network through the city center.

An Edeka supermarket is directly across the street and open until midnight, but also Tegut, Aldi, Lidl, etc., are reachable within 1-2 tram stops, the city center/town hall in 3 stops and 5 minutes, the art university around the corner, the main campus Hopla in about fifteen minutes, etc. Thanks to the well-connected public transport right outside the door with various trams, buses, and bikes, you can quickly reach the city center and all districts, university locations, nature, culture, shopping, cafes, snack bars, etc., which is super convenient. Everything you need is within reach :-)

Otherwise, we are always up for fun, a conversation, a coffee/tea/lemonade.
