The rooms are sized between 16 - 23 m² and cost around 300 € per month, including all additional costs.
They are very quiet, located on the second or third floor of the house, offering a perfect environment for studying.
We form an interactive network of students and graduates from a variety of different fields and personalities. Especially through the great diversity and different interests and areas of activity, our community thrives on openness, mutual interest, and helpfulness.
Of course, our sense of community also ensures that fun between young and old is not neglected. We are open and always look forward to new acquaintances; everyone is welcome to bring their friends and acquaintances to our house and have a great time together. You can fully live and enjoy your student life.
Since learning should not be neglected alongside joint events and celebrations, our apartment offers several retreat options for focused exam preparation.
