Shared Room in Newly Established 3-Person Shared Apartment

Room
The apartment has three rooms. In total, the apartment has a floor area of just under 75 sqm. You can find the floor plan of the apartment in the pictures of the advertisement. This should give you a good overview of the apartment. Additionally, the apartment has a balcony; the floor plan shows a terrace from the apartment below us. Your room will be the largest, about 15 sqm. It has two floor-to-ceiling windows through which the sun shines during the day. According to the floor plan, this would be room 3. The building is newly constructed and was completed at the beginning of October. There is also underfloor heating, two bathrooms, a cellar room, a bicycle room, and a laundry room. Since this is a new establishment, we still need to purchase some things; these costs (about 750-1000€ per person) would simply be divided by three to keep it fair. When you move out, you can of course request a deduction. We still need to acquire a kitchen. If you are interested, you can definitely participate in planning and furnishing the apartment. At the moment, we are in the middle of moving, so some things still need to be done. Rent will only be paid from 01.11.26, so October is rent-free. The deposit is 1300€.

Location
The apartment is located between Roxel and Gievenbeck, very quiet, and it takes about 20 minutes by bike to the university. There is a bus connection that also runs at night on weekends. The bus stop is about 5 minutes from the apartment. Nearby, there is also a very large supermarket and pleasant paths for running or walking.

Shared Apartment Life
We are Dana and Anton. Anton studies political science and I study teaching for the subjects English and history. In my free time, I do a lot of sports, and when I am not out and about, I am usually in the kitchen baking. You will probably only see Anton with his Arc'teryx cap. He also likes to do sports. It is important to both of us that it is tidy and clean so that everyone can feel comfortable. We are mainly looking for a female roommate because Anton will go to Holland for a year next year. But you can also convince us otherwise. We are not looking for a purely functional shared apartment but someone with whom you can also have nice conversations and maybe do something together. Feel free to write a little about yourself and send us your Instagram name so we can see that you read the advertisement to the end.
