Die Wohnung hat eine eigene Kaltwasseruhr und die Verbrauchsmessung für PV- und WP erfolgt entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorgaben pro Wohnung. Die Heiz- und Betriebskosten werden dann kalenderjährlich abgerechnet.
Das Objekt liegt an einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse in der Nähe einer Grundschule und einem Kindergarten. Das Stadtzentrum von Delmenhorst ist ca. 1,6 km entfernt, die nächste Autobahnauffahrt nach Bremen ca. 4,5 km.
Die Wohnung ist höchstens für vier Personen geeignet. Es werden nur Besichtigungsterminanfragen mit vollständigen Angaben über Beschäftigung und monatlichem Nettoeinkommen beantwortet.
