Description
Your Candid is divided as a rental project into two construction phases; the project extends in the block along Candidstraße 2-12, Krumpterstraße 9-23, and Hans-Mielich-Straße 30-34 on one side, and Agilolfingerstraße 35-39 on the other.
The appealing modern architecture and the wide mix of apartments, from larger 1-room apartments of about 33 m² to family-friendly 5-room apartments of about 152 m², offer a symbiosis of urban living and quality of life at the Isar- and city-center-near location Candidplatz in Untergiesing, combined with excellent infrastructure for all daily needs (EDEKA in the building) as well as cafés and restaurants within walking distance. Bus lines 52 and 54 stop directly in front of the building, and the U1 subway station Candidplatz is about 250 m away to the north.
An exclusive mobility concept for residents with bike and car sharing is currently in planning.

How we arrange this apartment for you
We are a letting agency, and this is an apartment we can secure for you. One message is enough to start. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
An adviser approaches the owner or the managing agent on your behalf, arranges and attends the viewing, and negotiates the terms. We then prepare the tenancy agreement, check it line by line and explain it to you in your own language.
We also assemble the documents a German landlord expects before an apartment is held for anyone: proof of income, Schufa report, confirmation of no rent arrears, tenant self-disclosure, the deposit. You do not deal with any of it alone.
We stay with it until the contract is signed and the keys are in your hand.
Location
The map shows where this apartment is. Where the exact house number has not been published we show the centre of the postcode instead, and say so.
