Since I am moving out at the end of November, I am looking for a new tenant to take over my beautiful apartment in the heart of Karlsruhe.

The apartment is about 42 m2 and consists of:

• A private bathroom

The apartment is well maintained and offers plenty of space for one person.

Rent & Rental Conditions

• Monthly warm rent: 770 € (including 150 € utilities)

• Available from December 1, 2026

• Long-term tenants preferred (ideally at least 2 years)

• The rental contract will be signed directly with the landlord, subject to approval

Furniture Takeover

I would also like to pass on my furniture to the next tenant so that the apartment is ready to move in without having to buy everything from scratch.

The furniture includes:

• Sofa, TV, TV stand, and coffee table

• Bed frame and mattress

• Wardrobe and clothes rack

• Height-adjustable desk

• Carpet and two floor lamps

• Kitchen and bathroom shelves

• Small kitchen trolley

• Vacuum cleaner

Most of the furniture was purchased about two years ago and is in good condition.

Purchase price for furniture: approx. 900 € (negotiable).

The apartment is located right next to Kronenplatz, one of the most convenient locations in Karlsruhe.
