Spacious Apartment in the KTV

I am renting out my apartment during my semester abroad and am looking for a reliable subtenant. The apartment is fully furnished and offers surprisingly much space due to its special layout.

The loft bed is located above the living room, which nicely separates the sleeping area and makes the apartment feel much more spacious than one would initially expect from 42 m2.

Especially nice is the large, spacious, and fully equipped kitchen where you can have wonderful cooking evenings. There is also a large bathroom, a washing machine, and a bicycle parking space.

An absolute highlight for me is the beautiful view over the KTV, especially in the evenings when the view is truly wonderful.

The apartment is best suited for one person but would basically also be suitable for a couple. However, with two people, it might get a bit cozier due to the one-room layout.

All costs including electricity, internet, etc. are already included in the rent.

Location
The apartment is located right in the middle of the KTV and is therefore perfectly connected if you like short distances and feel comfortable in the KTV.

The nearest tram stop at Saarplatz is only about 2 minutes on foot. It is about 5 minutes to Doberaner Platz. There you will find many cute cafés, restaurants, and always a good opportunity to spontaneously go out to eat :)

You can also reach the heart of the KTV around Waldemarstraße and Margaretenplatz in about 5 minutes on foot. There are many nice cafés and bars there.

For students, the location is especially practical: the Ulmencampus is only about 5 minutes on foot and the University Medical Center Rostock can be reached by bike in about 5 minutes.

Everything is quickly reachable for everyday needs as well: Penny about 3 minutes, Rossmann about 5 minutes, and REWE about 6 minutes on foot.
