In our new building project at Melibocusstraße 48 in Frankfurt-Niederrad, a modern multi-family house with a total of 39 rental apartments is being constructed in the Adolf-Miersch-Siedlung. Completion is scheduled for 2027.

The building is constructed as an Efficiency House 40, combining modern living comfort with a contemporary and energy-efficient building concept.
