Hello, we are STACEY and this is our Co-Living Location in Winterhude.
Becoming a tenant of STACEY comes with many perks, great and small. They begin with a private, furnished bedroom in a centrally located apartment for an all-inclusive rate.
Double-bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, art and an armchair, all in your room. You get weekly flat cleanings, washer-dryer in the apartment (iron and ironing board too), plus utilities like media, electricity, heating and WIFI. Sounds like everything? It’s not: We also provide all the little household essentials, like tableware and kitchen equipment from bottle opener to the espresso spoon. Mostly we provide a common lounge area or dining zone where you can hang out with your friends and flat-mates.

How we arrange this apartment for you
We are a letting agency, and this is an apartment we can secure for you. One message is enough to start. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
An adviser approaches the owner or the managing agent on your behalf, arranges and attends the viewing, and negotiates the terms. We then prepare the tenancy agreement, check it line by line and explain it to you in your own language.
We also assemble the documents a German landlord expects before an apartment is held for anyone: proof of income, Schufa report, confirmation of no rent arrears, tenant self-disclosure, the deposit. You do not deal with any of it alone.
