The 30 m² apartment is fully furnished and ready to move in immediately.
The apartment features a terrace with a view of greenery as well as a kitchen with 2 hotplates, a small oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a small dishwasher. The furnishings include, among others, a sofa, bed, wardrobe, shelves, desk, armchair, tables, curtains, lighting, and terrace furniture.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Additionally, a cellar compartment belongs to the apartment. A communal washing machine in the cellar can be used (3.50 € per wash).
Compensation for furniture & equipment
A compensation of 1,980 € is agreed for all furniture and equipment. Most furniture and appliances were purchased about a year ago and are in very good condition. Included are all the furniture mentioned above, the complete kitchen equipment including refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and stove, as well as bathroom, lighting, curtain, and terrace equipment.
Procedure if interested
1) Viewing
2) Application: If still interested, the following are required:
• completed landlord self-disclosure
• 3 current payslips
• current SCHUFA report
• certificate of no rent arrears
• copy of ID card/passport
The monthly net income should be 1,500 € or more. If income is lower, a guarantee including corresponding income proof is required.
3) Compensation contract: A purchase contract for the furniture and appliances will be concluded. The compensation is only due if a rental contract is actually concluded.
4) Landlord decision: The complete documents will be forwarded to the landlord. The final decision on the rental is made by the landlord.
5) Rental contract & payment: After the landlord's approval and conclusion of the rental contract, the compensation will be paid according to the purchase contract and the furnishings will be taken over during the apartment handover.
