The apartment is located in the popular northern district of Kinderhaus and offers an ideal combination of tranquility, nature, and excellent infrastructure.
Just "around the corner", only a few minutes' walk away, is the center of Kinderhaus. Here you will find everything you need for everyday life: from large supermarkets (Edeka, Aldi) to drugstores and pharmacies, as well as post offices and banks, local supply is well covered.
The connection to Münster city center and the various university locations is excellent. Bus lines 15 and 16 (as well as night buses) stop almost at the doorstep and take you directly to the main station or Schlossplatz in about 15 to 20 minutes. Those who prefer to travel by bike (Leeze) can reach the city center via well-developed bike paths in just under a quarter of an hour.
A special plus of this location is the high recreational value. The Rieselfelder, one of Münster's most beautiful nature reserves, is quickly reached and invites you to extensive walks.
