I'm moving abroad for work and looking for someone to take over my studio at The Fizz, a modern all-inclusive student/young professional residence in Frankfurt.
Location: Mainzer Landstraße 323, Frankfurt am Main (Gallus). Well connected to the city center and main station, close to shops and public transport.
Size: ~23 m2
Floor: 9th floor (out of 10), nice view over the city
Rent: approx. €980/month, all-inclusive (rent, utilities, heating, wifi, to be confirmed exactly with The Fizz)
Availability: from mid/end of October 2026. Later starting date also possible .
Minimum stay: until September 2027, ideal if you're relocating for a new job or starting a student program that runs through next year
Open to: students or young professionals
Building amenities: fully furnished studio, communal spaces, all bills included, more details at https://www.the-fizz.com/en/. The building also has a gym that can be used at no additional cost. A parking slot can be rented separately with The Fizz.
This is a direct Nachmieter handover, you'd sign your own contract directly with The Fizz once approved, no extra agency fees beyond The Fizz's standard process.
City registration is possible.

The Fizz is located 2 min walk from Schwalbacher strasse tram stop (lines 11 and 21) and 10 min walk from Galluswarte (SBahn 3,4,5,6). The studio apartment is well connected to the city center (3 stops away from Hauptwache) and the Frankfurt Central Station (a few stops by tram, 10 min run). The university campus is also easy to reach (around 25 min by public transport).
