The apartment is located in Friedrichshafen in the Kluftern district, only two minutes to the bus stop and about 15 minutes on foot to the train station.

It is a 10-minute drive to the Duale Hochschule Friedrichshafen.

It is about a 10-minute bike ride to Lake Constance. Quiet location. Parking available on the street and a public parking lot just 1 minute on foot away.

Other
Heating costs, water, electricity, satellite TV and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.

So basically everything, except washing machine and dryer use costs 3 EUR per wash cycle.

We are always looking for tenants, preferably dual students - just ask for the period, also gladly for semesters in the coming years.

We are a young family and are renting out our granny flat here.
