We offer a modern, fully furnished studio in the vibrant Hansaviertel.

Location
You will find POHA House in Hansaviertel, a cool, central district of the city known for its young and multicultural energy. There are many different restaurants to discover and you will see bicycles everywhere, making the area very lively.

The building is located in an area from which you can easily reach great restaurants and bars, trendy clubs, and the popular Aasee, which is just a stone's throw away to hang out with friends.

Rental Conditions

- We charge a reservation fee, which will be deducted from your first month's rent.

- We offer a standard rental contract with a term of 12 months and a notice period of 3 months. If you need more flexibility, we offer a shorter 6-month contract for an additional 100 € per month.

- The deposit corresponds to 2 months' rent or a rental deposit insurance with our partner Rentcard.

- The all-inclusive rent includes utilities, electricity, Wi-Fi, access to common areas, POHA app, and regular community events (fitness, breakfast, art workshops, and more).
