A private cellar room, a laundry room and a drying room (shared) are available in the basement. In front of the garage there is a parking space, so that a total of two vehicles can be accommodated.
The apartment is in a well-kept condition. There is parquet flooring in the bedroom and living room, otherwise tiles. The bathroom is in a modern condition. Between the kitchen and the living room there is a pass-through - this spot is ideal for placing a dining table so that dishes and food can be easily passed from the kitchen. However, this spot can also be used well as a work corner. The cellar room has carpet, the garage has tiles that are easy to keep clean and can be scrubbed or wiped with water in case of dirt in winter.
The apartment is located in the quiet district of Boloh and is still very close to the city center (less than 3 km to the city center). School, kindergarten, pizzeria and bus stops are within walking distance.
Heating costs are included in the additional costs. The garage can be rented for 50€, but it is not mandatory. However, if the garage is not rented, the parking space in front of it cannot be used either. Without garage/parking space, the total rent is only 570€. Very well-functioning and helpful neighborhood.
