Unterneustadt is a district of Kassel that has developed rapidly. The proximity to the city center, the market halls, and the many parks along the Fulda define the location.

RELAXING EVENINGS:
A TV with the latest multimedia options for quick access to Netflix & Co. is available for relaxation after work. Of course, you can also receive regular TV programs. Listen to your favorite music via a Bluetooth speaker and enjoy cozy dimmable lamps.

A GOOD NIGHT:
The 160cm double bed is equipped with a mattress that has performed excellently in many tests, so you can sleep well and comfortably. High-quality down feather duvets and down pillows are anti-allergic and sustainably produced.

WELLNESS:
The bathroom is bright and friendly. Plush quality towels are provided for you. For wellness, the large Kurhessentherme with eight saunas is recommended. In summer, you can even swim in the Fulda.

HOBBY CHEFS WELCOME:
The fully equipped kitchen, with toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and more, has space at the small table for your first coffee in the morning. Or enjoy the first rays of sunshine on the small balcony; this apartment offers many possibilities.

ALL INCLUSIVE:
The monthly rent includes all costs for one person including 50 Mbit WLAN. If your consumption costs (heating, water, electricity...) differ from the usual average values, additional costs will be charged transparently and fairly. For a second person, a flat rate surcharge of 5 € per day is charged from the fifth day.

The final cleaning fee is 120 €.
