We are renting out our lovingly furnished home in Berlin-Charlottenburg for subletting.
Our preferred rental period is from 01.10.2026 (optional 15.10) to 31.03.2027. The minimum rental period is 6 months. An extension until the end of 2027 is basically possible and can be arranged individually.
The apartment has 2 spacious rooms with an open loft character, a balcony, and is fully furnished. It is located in a modern building from 2013 and is equipped with high-quality and very comfortable furnishings.

Monthly total payment: 1,780.36 €
Including furnishing, operating and heating cost advance payment, electricity and internet. A transparent cost breakdown can be viewed during the apartment viewing.
Deposit: 2,000 €
Minimum rental period: 6 months
Preferred rental period: 01.10.2026 to 31.03.2027
Extension: optional or by arrangement until December 2027
Pets: not allowed
Smoking: not allowed in the apartment
We are looking for a reliable, likeable, and responsible person or couple who is looking for a real home in Berlin for this period. Private liability insurance including tenant property damage is highly desired.
