I am offering my furnished 1-room apartment on the 3rd floor for subletting. The apartment is about 30 m2, bright and well laid out. It has its own bathroom as well as a kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven, and storage space. Additionally, a small kitchen table with 2 bar stools is included. A desk, chair, bed, wardrobe, and a bean bag are already in the apartment. The toilet is half a floor down in a small room, while the shower and sink are in the apartment. With the separate toilet, you don't have to worry as I live on the top floor and thus rarely encounter people.

The apartment is located between the Yorckstraße tram stop and the Mühlburger Tor. It takes about 10 minutes to get to DHBW.

I will clear out my personal belongings so you have enough space; I will provide kitchen utensils and dishes. So everything is there for you to move in directly.

The apartment is available from 14.12 to 28.03.2027. Upon request, there is the possibility to adjust the period by a few days. I study at DHBW and am only in Karlsruhe during theory phases, so the period is fixed for me. It would be practical if you also study at DHBW and your time coincides with your theory phase. The apartment costs 390 € including water, electricity, and gas. Unfortunately, WLAN is not included, but you can use my internet access after consulting with me. Since I have a flexible contract (Vodafone Flex Cube 200 GB monthly), the price is 50 € per month.
