Since I will be spending the first two tertials of my practical year in other cities during the last phase of my medical studies, I would like to sublet my sweet little student apartment for this period.

I have always felt very comfortable here over the past years and would be happy if the apartment also gives you a nice time.

Location
The location on Schulstraße is really perfect and especially Schulstraße in spring when the cherry trees bloom is simply beautiful. The Rewe supermarket is a 3-minute walk away, the Yorkcenter, which with Decathlon and discount stores meets all needs, is only a 10-minute walk or, more importantly, 2 minutes by bike. There is a cinema, the Schlosstheater, and a really wonderful and supportive neighborhood!! 🌸

Other
I would rent the apartment furnished and also leave some of my kitchen items for you so you can settle in comfortably right away without much moving stress. The apartment has a smart heating system via Tado, smart lighting via Ikea and Philips Hue, which you are welcome to use ;)

Heating, electricity, broadcasting fees, and internet are already included in the additional costs.
