Description
Since we will be abroad from 18.09. to 18.11., we would like to sublet our beautiful apartment in Nippes with a terrace.
There are 3 rooms:
- a study with two workstations
- a living/dining room
- a bedroom
Additionally, a small bathroom with a floor-level rain shower and a kitchen with a double-sided refrigerator and everything needed. From the kitchen, you can access our 40 sqm large terrace with a seating lounge, table group, and fresh herbs.
Our cleaning lady would also come every 2 weeks by arrangement.
The connection to public transport is perfect, the S-Bahn can be reached in 3 minutes on foot and the bus stops practically at the door.
Shopping facilities are also within walking distance.

The Cologne district of Nippes is characterized by good infrastructure and direct connection to the city transport network. Shops for daily needs are available in the immediate vicinity.
