The flat rate rent is 1,400 € per month and already includes all running costs such as electricity, heating, water, internet as well as full use of the furnishings. There are no additional expenses or organizational efforts, just move in with your suitcase and feel comfortable.
The location on Kegelhofstraße offers a perfect mix of urban life and relaxation. The University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) is in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance. At the same time, Hayns Park, cozy cafés, restaurants and all shopping facilities as well as connections to public transport are just around the corner. The deposit is 1,400 € (one month’s rent).
