Since we are traveling for three months, we are renting out our well-maintained and fully furnished 3-room apartment for sublet from November 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027, inclusive.
The apartment is located in the Glockenbachviertel / Isarvorstadt - one of Munich's most popular residential areas - and is ideal for professionals, expats, visiting scholars, or couples looking for a nice temporary home for a limited period.
The apartment is lovingly furnished and equipped with everything needed for everyday life. Just bring your suitcase and move in.

01.11.2026 to 31.01.2027 (3 months)
The rent already includes all costs:
• Furnished apartment
• Heating and all additional costs
• Electricity
• Internet/WLAN
• GEZ (broadcasting fee)
There are no additional monthly costs.
Since this is our personal home, we wish for responsible and reliable tenants who will treat the apartment during our absence with the same care as we do ourselves.
If interested, we look forward to a short message with information about yourself (e.g., profession, reason for stay, and who will move in). Afterwards, we will gladly arrange a viewing.
The Isar, numerous cafés, restaurants, small shops, and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The connection to public transport is also excellent.

How we arrange this apartment for you
We are a letting agency, and this is an apartment we can secure for you. One message is enough to start. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
An adviser approaches the owner or the managing agent on your behalf, arranges and attends the viewing, and negotiates the terms. We then prepare the tenancy agreement, check it line by line and explain it to you in your own language.
